1. All matches will be 10 overs/match
2. Final will be 12 overs each side
3. Top team will qualify on behalf of points, In case of similar points NRR will be effective.
4. Each bowler will bowl 2 overs each , Minimum 5 bowlers per match 
5. Final match 2 bowlers 3 overs and 3 bowlers 2 overs
6. Player should be resident of RDC , Outsiders are extremely prohibited. 
7. Umpires decision will be final decision , Only captain and Vice captain will talk on behalf of team.
8. Indisciplinary behaviour will not be tolerate, Disciplinary action will be taken against player taken.
9. Use of Alcohol, smoking, tobacco, abusive,language is extremely prohibited.
10. Team Uniform is mandatory for all players.
