No players should be added in the team incase if any team has shortage of players, like there are only 10 players the team should play with players 
8 over tournament and 2 overs powerplay 
Register fee per head 100/- 
Teams should report on time in the ground if in case the team doesnt reach on time penalty runs will be given to the opposite team so team captains be cautious abt this.
