All the latest IPL and ICC rules for T20 to be followed

Latest rule of impact player and substitute to be introduced

A team can bring in an Impact Player at any point in an inning to replace a player from the playing 11 during the match. According to the new impact player rule in IPL, each team will name 5 substitutes alongside the starting XI before the toss.

Minimum of 5 league matches
Tournament fixture will depend on participating team(if less than 6 than each team will play each other once followed by qualifier matches and final, if more than 8 than 5 random league matches followed by semifinal , final matches)

Team will be penalised for slow over rate
Fileder will be called inside circle if team failed to bowl their 20 overs quota in 85 min

No professional players allowed(players who are preparing for district or have played in any kind of bcci competetive level cricket tournament)
