RB Premier League 2023 Rules and Regulations

1. Total fifteen (15) overs match, all matches will be played with “Hard Tennis” cricket ball.

2. Power play consists of four overs; three players will be allowed outside of the inner circle. 

3. After power play, a maximum of five fielders will be allowed to field outside the inner circle.

4. We can use five fielders on the leg side, a bowler will not consider.

5. Byes, leg bye & overthrows are applicable.  

6. We have to use a minimum of five bowlers in each match, each bowler will bowl three overs.

7. No-ball concedes to runs, a no-ball is followed by a “free hit”.

8. No-ball concedes to runs, the ball full toss above cricket stumps or above waist high will also be considered a no-ball.

9. Wide-ball concedes to runs, a bouncer above head height to be called wide.

10. One bouncing allowed an over, the second bouncer will call No ball. 

11. Bowlers, it is mandatory to tell his mode of delivery to the umpire, the bowling of the second over unless the bowler changes of delivery (over, or round, the wicket) he has to tell the umpire.

12. If a batsman will play a reverse sweep, a bowler can bowl in the side of the wide line (offside or leg side) it will be legal delivery.

13. Minimum eight players to reach for the toss, if any team will reach late, every 5 minutes will be reducing one over, and both teams will come late according to the time over will be reduced.

14. If a batsman is retired hurt, he can only play after the 9th wicket falls. but retired out not allowed to bat again

15. First match, the toss will be 05:45 AM, start of the match 06:00 AM.

16. Second match, the toss will be 08:15 AM, start of the match 08:30 AM.

17. Teams should report 15 minutes before the start of play.

18. No bowler can bowl immediately after coming off the field after substitution, he will be able to bowl only after taking the field for one over, 

19. Playing league matches if the game ending a draw, the points will be shared, playing knockout matches the game if ending draw, there will be playing a super over, where only 3 batsmen are allowed to bat, if two wickets are gone it will have considered as all out.

20. Transfers of players between teams are not allowed, if noticed, the team will be disqualified from the tournament, the team can choose a maximum of 20 players, and any players apart from the squad will not be entertained (Players will be from RAK Ceramics & Group Co. only) ( who one not played in the league match not allowed to play playoffs and semifinal and finals)

21. Umpire's decision will be final throughout the tournament.
