Notes/Rules:1. Captains shall be available for Toss as per the advised time (with a delay allowed of max 5 mins), if not the toss will be awarded to the opposition Captain, if present. 2. If both Captains are late, the delay will result in corresponding overs being cut for both teams in order for teams to complete the match in the stipulated time. 

3. Captains shall ensure that each over shall last 4 minutes each resulting in 80 mins taken to complete 20 overs. A tolerance of 10 mins will be given by the umpire taking into account injuries, weather, stoppages etc. An undue delay in completion of overs will result in reduced overs to achieve targets.

4. Only C division players are allowed and if a team plays a player who is of A/B division/has played for the UAE / any other International Cricketing nation team (any age group) then a win shall be awarded to the opposition team should they raise the complaint within 24 hours of the match being completed. Any player not in the A/B division list however has played A division matches in the past 6 months will be considered to be a restricted player too. 

5. Every player shall have a profile photo and no proxy profiles shall be created. Minimum matches shall be 15 matches on the profile.

6. Bouncers above shoulder / full tosses above waist (beamer) is banned. First instance will result in a no ball being called and a warning issued to the bowler; second instance of the same occuring, a no ball will be called and immediate ban of the bowler's overs in the match will be implemented.

7. A tie match in the league format will result in 1 pt awarded to both teams, in the play offs there will be a super over to decide the winner. A superover will be conducted for the play offs till a winner is adjudicated based on runs scored. 

8. Abdomen supporters / Chest guards shall be worn inside the external clothing at all times. 

9. A helmet shall be worn at all times while batting/keeping up to the stumps or whilst fielding close to the wicket, as adjudged by the umpire. Any abuses hurled at the umpires or opposition players if reported shall potentially be objected to a ban of the team and the player.

10.Umpire's decision is final and request all captains to cooperate on the same so that we have a smooth flow of the tournament for all parties involved. 

11. Only players playing minimum 1 league match can play in the play offs unless there is special permission from the organiser with valid reasons.

12. No player without an Emirates ID can play the tournament unless resident visa processing details are furnished.

13. Player Restriction : Batter - 40 Avg & 150 SR / 35 Avg & 160 SR / 30 Avg & 175 SR, Bowlers: 1:1.1 match to wicket ratio unless there is valid reason for organiser to allow so. Any team not following these rules will have their match forefeited, subject to the Organizer’s judgement in order to ensure fairness to all teams.  

14. One C batter / bowler not fitting the above criterion can play but no Batter: 40 avg and 160 / Bowler: 1:1.3 wickets per match. 

15. Before playing a new player with 5000 runs / 200 wickets the team shall check with the Organizer for fairness to all teams.

16. All rules/changes to the same shall be to the Organiser’s discretion to ensure fairness to all teams.

17. All other gameplay rules shall be same as governed by ICC.
