Rules and Regulations: Men's

1) One inning should be completed in 20 minutes. A single match should be completed in 45 minutes maximum. Failing which will cost the defaulting team a penalty of (–) 5 runs.
2) There is no last-man batting.
3) There will be only 11 players playing at any given match during one inning.
4) Batting power-play: - Every 2nd over of the innings is a batting power-play.

5) Tie matches and qualification to the next level.
- If a match is tied, there will be a super over(1 over per side). Whoever scores the maximum runs will advance to the next stage.
- In case 2 teams share the same points the team who has the highest run rate and less number of wickets will advance to the next stage. (applicable during group stage only)
6) Fielding restrictions: only 2 players are allowed at the boundary (i.e. behind the bowling stumps) excluding the bowler during the power-play; else 5 are allowed but only 3 at the boundary.
7) 1 player of the series will be awarded, 1 Best Baller, 1 Best Batsmen

Gameplay rules:
- Direct hit on the roof is considered out.
- No one-bounce out.
- Every bowler has to bowl underarm.
- A single match will consist of 5 overs each inning. So a total of 10 overs a match.
- No ball: Front foot touching the crease line or overstepping will be considered as no ball.
- Tapping of the ball is not allowed just before releasing the ball.
- Full toss above waist height will be considered as no ball.
- Ball has to reach the batsman in one bounce only and has to bounce ahead of the pitch line.
- In case of any no ball, a free hit will be awarded to the batsmen.
- 5 bowlers must be used in an inning.
- Batsmen can run if there is an overthrow. (no byes and leg byes)
- No pace and side arm bowling.

The decision given by Umpire will be considered final and no argument will be entertained.

Qualification Rules:

• Teams have been divided into 4 Groups & Each group has 4 teams and every team will be playing a minimum of 2 league matches (A total of 20 Matches)
• From Each group, 2 teams will be qualified for quarter-finals (knockout round) (Total 4 Matches)
• From Quarterfinal matches 4 Teams will be qualified for Semi finalist (Total 2 Matches)
• Grand finale (1 Match)
• Total matches will be - 27 nos.
