Vikings Cricket League - Season 1

Vikings Team formed in the year 2018.
It’s been a fabulous journey. High-five to our five-year milestone. 

As we are running into this years sporting season , we would like to kick start the season with a League among the players in our pool and one Guest Team from friends. 

This is the first league from the Vikings team.

Tournament format & Rules :

• 13 over games
  
• 10 players max on the field per team
  
• 360 field setup
  
• Max 3 overs per bowler per innings 
  
• $15 registration fee per player
  
• All ICC rules apply except the Leg Bye and LBW
  
• New batsman on strike 
  
• Dead ball is a no ball
  
• Player should play at least one league game for the team to play in finals
  
• Player retire hurt/out is allowed and the retired player should play once all the batsmen batted in an innings
  
• Umpire decision is final
  
• No restrictions (leg side / off side max no.of fielders) on field 
  
• The third team(team not playing that game) in the group will be doing main umpiring duties while the batting team does leg umpire .
  
• Two overs will be reduced in the teams innings for every 10 mins delay caused by the team
  
• As we have to play back to back League games, We kept a rule of allowing 10 on the field which allows one fielder to take rest and rotate. 
  
• Minimum 6 players need to be on the field in order to start a game.if both teams have >=6 players , the scheduled game will start with the available no.of players. 
  
• Your Team gets a walkover with 2 Points & WIN If the Opponent team does not have 6 or more players within the timeframe (within the first 15 minutes after the scheduled match start time).
  
• Fielding teams captain can ask for a maximum of two substitute fielders from opponent team to field(if they are <10 and >=6). it's purely opponent team's call to send their players to sub-field.
• Boundaries will be measured and placed across the grounds . We play for 46 meter straight , 52 meter square , 30 meters back side in 360 degree setup for all games.
