TERMS& CONDITIONS
*Chevella constituency only
*All players must belong to same grampanchayat
*Every innings consists of 8 overs
*Powerplay of 2 overs
*Each bowler can max.bowl only 2 overs
*Discipline and shoes are mandatory
*On field umpire decision is final decision
*Every player should bring their aadhar card
*Players should be on time if not overs shall be deducted
