BCL Rules:
1. Total 7 players per team. 2. Max 6 players on field.
3. 1st over power play ( no fielder behind bowler) . 5 players on field. Slip compulsory
4. While bowling, if ball hits net at top. Dead ball.
5. Upper net does not count. If batsman hits top net and caught. It's out.
6. Back fielder cannot stand straight at the gate. Can stand on left or right.
7. Byes and Leg byes runs valid.
8. Overthrow runs valid. If it hits boundary. It's 4 .
9. Runner call for batsman left on teams playing.
10. Upper limit on bowling speed.
11. Minimum 4 bowlers to be used. Max 2 overs for 1 bowler per innings.
12. Fielding :
Keeper
Slip
bowler
Boundary( not for power play)
2 players ahead of bowler.
