A CRICKET TOURNAMENT FOR WOMEN

YEAR 2022 – 17/12/2022

RULES:

1) Game shall be played between two teams consisting of ten (10) players.

2) A game consists of a maximum of 8 over of six- ball over to bowl by each side, to be completed within 30 minutes.

3) Captain shall be responsible for the conduct of their team. 

4) All the bowlers need to bowl over arm.

5) Two matches will be played simultaneously i.e. after the 1st inning of 1st match, we will be continuing 1st innings of 2nd Match and then the second innings of both the matches accordingly.

6) Team must be prepared in advance for each game. 

7) No balls and wide will not be counted as official ball and one run will be given to the opponent team.

8) Only direct catch will be considered as out.

9) Hit wicket, stumping and Run-out will be considered out.

10) No LBWS but 4 stumps. 

11) In case of no ball free hit will be awarded to the batting side. 

12) Byes and Leg Byes runs are allowed.

13) A bowler can bowl maximum 2 over.

14) In case of tie, either Target bowling or super over will be played as per  the time permits or the management decides. 

15) Decision of the umpires shall be final. No arguments will be entertained with them.

16) Players age limit above 25 years.

17) Ball must reach to batsman in one bounce otherwise it will be considered dead ball.

18) We (Sanskruti trust) will not be responsible if any person is injured in Tournament.
