1) Organizers

1.The Tournament is ULTRA PREMIER LEAGUE (UPL) in collaboration with Team Ultra Association (TUA) and Hukum singh Cricket Academy.

2.The Organizing Committee with contact details will be provided along with Matches Schedule.

2) Tournament Format

1.There will be 14 teams participating in the Tournament as per Groups A&B

2.Top Two Teams of each Group will proceed for Semifinals based on Points/Run-Rate.

3.All matches will be played on Saturday & Sunday ,Morning & Afternoons.

4.Morning Matches has to start from 10:0 am and Afternoon matches from 1:30 pm.

5.All Matches will be of 20 Overs.

6.All Teams are expected to respect the Tournament rules and adhere to the Tournament set-up.

7.Teams have to submit 20 members list and in those players who played a single league match in tournament will be allowed to play in semifinals and finals

3) Rules & Regulations

1.League Matches -Each bowler can bowl 4 overs maximum. Semi-Finals & Finals.

2.There will be Powerplay of 6 overs.

3.All No-balls will be free hit. Front foot, full toss above hip height & bouncer above shoulder, illegal bowling action & violating fielding restrictions will be a No-Ball.

4. LBW is there

5.Umpire’s Decision will be Final.

6.In case of any dispute or conflict, only captains will be allowed to speak with the umpires who in-turn can consult Organizing Committee if required.

7.Wicket keeper can come to bowl directly after an over ends.

8.Please note that once a team member has been named as part of one team, he will NOT be allowed to play for another team in the tournament.

9.All players from both teams should be present 15 minutes before scheduled start time. Toss should be done 5 minutes before scheduled start time.

10.If opponent team is delayed for 10 minutes from the scheduled start time, 1 over will be deducted from the delayed team and 1 over deduction every 5 minutes after that. If a team is late more than 30 minutes the opposite will be declared as Winners.

11.At least 9 Players of the Team must be present for the game to start.

 12.The list of playing XI must be finalized before the toss by both team captains.

13.One New ball will be provided for each Innings of the match & will be changed only upon damage to the Play beyond playing condition which will be decided mutually among Captains/Umpires.

14.Each Winning Team will be awarded 2 Points for win and In case of Tie 1 Point awarded to Each Team during league matches.

15.In case of Tie during Semi-Finals, there will be One Super over until the clear result.

16.Request all players to play fair under all circumstances.

17.Captains are responsible to avoid any mis-behaviour on the field such as abuse a player, umpire or indulge any activities that may cause unnecessary problems.

18.In case of rain D/L Method will applied. D/L method is applied after 1 inning and 6 overs.

19.Dress code will be neccesary , atleast 9 players have to wear dresscode.

20.Player who played a single league match in tournament will be allowed to play semifinals and finals.
