KAKAMEGA SUPER LEAGUE RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Each inning will be of 10 overs.
2. Two bowlers can bowl a maximum of 3 overs,rest bowlers can
bowl a maximum of 2 overs.
3. Powerplay will be of first 2 overs during which only 2 fielders
will be allowed outside the 30-yard circle.
4. After powerplay overs, during remaining overs a maximum of 5
fielders will be allowed outside the 30-yard circle.
5. No chucking will be allowed.
6. All extras will be counted including wides,no- balls,overthrows.
7. All no-balls will be followed with a free-hit.
8. All teams should arrive before 30 mins of their game,otherwise
overs will be deducted.
9. No LBW decisions will be given.
10. If rain stops play,the decision will be taken by management on what to do next.
11.Umpire decision will be final.
12.Semi-final will be of 10 overs and final will be of 12 overs.
13.All international Cricket Council rules will be followed.
