POWERPLAY SUMMER CUP (Season 10).

Tournament Rules mentioned below has to be followed by each team:-

* Super-Sub is allowed.

* Players who have played for UAE National Team or any other countries National Team won't be allowed to participate in this tournament. 

* Under 17 yrs players won't be Banned in any rule of this tournament. They are allowed to play.

*Players from A or B division will not be allowed as per below criteria.

Players with more than 9000 runs won't be allowed, Players with average of more than 45 runs won't be allowed. Players with more than 400 wickets won't be allowed. However, if any player is breaking this rule, then he will only be allowed if he has played 30% matches or more for the participating team, as this will prove he is a regular member of that team. Also, (1 player will be allowed per team who is breaking these rule and only that specific player will be allowed to play all matches from each team, teams cant include new player in every game). 

Any player who has played more than 5 matches for below teams in the past 6 months (from start of tournament), won't be allowed. 

(Brother Gas CC, Interglobe Marine, Kattan CC - any team, Sarah CC, Ya Layl Lycans, Lahore United, Deccan Warriors, MGM, ATLAS, TVSL, Phoenix Medicines, Faisal XI, Multiplex International, Mir CC, Jamal Anfar, Pulse Secure, ECB Blues, Fly Emirates, UBL, Eurocon CC, Alubond CC, NMC, Globelink Westar Shipping, Rehan Khan Events, Karwan - Any team, Rajput Stallions, UAE Strikers, XI Eagles, Tiger CC, XI Musketeers, MH 11, Borders CC, Unicon CC, Future Mattress, Green Solutions, Blues United).

* If a player falls in the above criteria but has played more matches for the team he is representing in this tournament compared to the teams listed above, then he will be allowed to play (match count will be considered from players 1st match till the day of protest, for this clause).

* Players who have played league matches, only those players are allowed to play (Play Off's, Semi Finals & Finals). No exceptions will be done to this rule.

* Protest if any should be done after the scheduled match within 24 hrs with valid proof & evidence in writing to the organizer (akashingleshwar@gmail.com) or by whats app. 

* Requesting all Captains/Managers to please follow the rules & playing conditions to have quality cricket tournament. Kindly cross check with your team players before adding them in the squad.

* Toss time is 15 mins before match time, any 1 player can do the toss. If match start is delayed due to players not available, then overs will be deducted during that team's batting. 1 over deduction for every 5 mins delay. 

* IRON Spikes are not allowed at our ground (Al Batayeh Ground 1). Penalty of 400 AED is applicable if this rule os broken.
