1.  All the rules & regulation follows as per ICC rules, except LBW.
2. There is no entry fee for this tournament. 
3. Dress code is compulsory for all the teams.
4. Team most come as per the scheduled time of the match. 
5. In this tournament Round-Arm Bowling is mandatory. 
6. Every match will be played with NEW NIVIA RED BALL. 
7. For any accident cases organizing committee will not be responsible.
8. No team shall allow any player from outside the district to play in this tournament. It is mandatory. 
9. The decision of the committee will be final if there is rain during the match.
