It's a T20 tournament on No Profit and No Loss basis with 6 teams placed in a single group with each team playing the remaining teams once. Top 4 teams will qualify for the semis.

        Entry Fees for the tournament is Rs.3000/- apart from sharing the ground and ball fees for every match.

         For every match there is a Player of the Match award, Best Batsman and Best Bowler awards. Then there are other awards including MVP of the Tournament, Best Batsman of the Tournament,  Best Bowler of the Tournament, Best Striker of the Tournament (Minimum 80 Runs), Fastest 50 of the Tournament, Most Fours, Most Sixes, Highest individual score, Highest wickets in an innings, Most dismissals, Best Economical Bowler(Minimum 10 Overs) awards. Medals will be given to both the Finalists apart from the Winners Trophy and Runners-up trophy.

         There is also a cash prize to the Winning team as well as Runners-up team apart from the trophies.
