*Rules and Regulations for NTR stadium tournament starting from 28 AUGUST 2022:*

1. All matches will be of 16 overs each. 
2. A squad of 15-16 players is allowed to participate, no league players allowed after tournament is started. 
3. No player can argue with umpires,
only captains of respective teams can have word with them. 
4. 1 bowler can bowl a maximum of 4 overs remaining bowlers can bowl a maximum of 3 overs or less. 
5. No argument on boundaries, what's to be declared is by the associated umpire with the acceptance of captains. 
6. No team can withdraw after they have said yes for playing the tournament. 
7. No match fee will be applicable, only money for trophy is required. 
8. Matches will start at sharp 6:30-45.
9. Captains are responsible for their respective games, no player from other team is allowed to interrupt them nor me . 
10. All international rules are applicable, only LBW is not valid in this tournament. Leg byes, byes, waist height full toss no-ball, bowler's popping crease no-ball and each wide will be charged with a run. A no ball is a no ball even when it is played by the player, and it will be continued by a free-hit. 
11.Each team has to bring a new ball for the match, new ball must be used in both the innings. 
12. If the ball is lost, the batting team must give a new ball, used ball can also be used in such a case. 
13. No runner can be used for a batsman if he is not injured. Only when a batsman is injured he can take a runner. 
14. No cheating in umpiring, it's not at all accepted. If such a case happens umpire must be changed. 
15. No player can play in two teams on the same day. One player can play only in one team. 
16. It would be better if all the teams keep their wickets side by side, it would be easier for everyone. 
17. All the players are requested to keep their vehicles on boundary line not near the pitch. 
18. All the players are requested to have mutual understanding between each other and the other teams playing in the tournament.
19. If the match is drawn, then winner will be decided based on a super over.
20. Top 4 teams qualify for semifinals. 
21. Each team will play 11 league matches, based on points table and net run rate top 4 teams qualify for the playoffs. 
*New rules update*
1. No player is allowed to play in two different teams the player added in the first team squad can only play match in that team. 
2. A penalty of 5 overs deduction will be penalized on teams which come after 7am i.e, the match should start before 7am, no team can argue on this and the team which comes late can bat only 11 overs and the team who comes first will have the upper hand. 
3. No one should anyone's match after the match has started.
