Bowling Rules:
 1. Four overs shall be bowled in an innings, and one over should be bowled by a female player which can be any over. Female players who have opened the innings while batting cannot bowl an over.
2. Bowling will be under arm. While bowling the bowlers are not allowed to chuck/throw and in such a case will be warned and advised by the umpire to deliver the ball below the knees. Off spin is not allowed.
3. Wide & No ball will be awarded with 2 runs to the batting side and the ball will be counted except for the last over. Last over wide & no ball shall not be counted and 1 run will be added to the batting sides score.
 4. No LBW. No Free hits for no balls. Leg byes are allowed. All other rules are as per ICC standards.
5. Minimum of Four bowlers should bowl in an innings.
 

Batting Rules:
 1. An innings should be started by one batsman and one batswoman. If in case the batsman gets out,then new batsman should resume and if batswoman gets out then new batswoman should resume. Female bowler who bowls an over cannot open the innings while batting.
 2. When a female player is bowling the batsman should bat with opposite stance. For example, if a right-handed batsman while batting is facing a female bowler, then that batsman should take left-handed stance and switch hit is not allowed. 
3.Runner is not allowed for a batsman/batswomanif injured. He/She can retire and bat again only after the loss of the next wicket. Injured player can be substituted only to field.
 

Fielding Rules:
 Four fielders excluding the bowler and wicketkeeper need to be inside the 30 yards circle for all the overs of an innings.
 All teams are requested to respect the above-mentioned rules and participate in the true spirit of sportsmanship and respect for your opponent. Play the beautiful game, for the love of the game.
 
Tournament Information:
 
1. Tournament will be of 16 teams; 4 groups and every team will play 3 league matches. Top team from each group will qualify to the semi-finals.
2. Top 4 teams from each group will play the semi-finals.
3. Only Roman Catholic Konkani speaking players will be allowed to play.
4. Prizes are player of the match for every match, best female bowler trophy, best male bowler trophy, best batswoman trophy, best batsman trophy, most valuable female player and most valuable male player.
