1. This tournament to encourage new talent in rural. No entry for any town team or players.

9. Two u 19 players are mandatory in every team playing X1. 2003 July is last cut off for U19 eligibility.
10.Entry fee 500, no entry fee for the team with all playing 11 is from u19 category.
11. Selected 30 members from this tournament will select for GRCC league  match ball Tournament that happens immediately after the tournament.
