ABDUL KALAM CHAMPIONS TROPHY SEASON - 5  is the fifth tournament being organised by the Organizer. It's a no loss no profit basis tournament with no entry fees. Teams has to share the trophies amount equally and pay for the ground and balls for every match they play. 

It's a 8 team tournament in 1 group. Each team get to play 7 matches in the league stage. Top 4 teams will qualify for the play-offs. Top 2 teams will play the Qualifier 1 and 3rd & 4th place teams will play the Eliminator. Loser of the qualifier 1 and winner of the Eliminator will play in the Qualifier 2 and whoever wins will clash with the winner of the qualifier 1 in the grand finale of the Tournament.

All Cricketing Rules which are in the true spirit of the game will be followed strictly except LBW. 

The Tournament is full of awards with (3) awards for every match comprising of Best Bowler of the match, Best Batsman of the match and Player of the match. Apart from these there are other awards to be presented at the end of the Tournament like Best Bowler of the Tournament, Best Batsman of the Tournament, Best Wicket Keeper/Fielder of the Tournament, Most Valuable Player of the Tournament, Fastest Fifty, Best Bowling performance (player with the best bowling figures), Best Batting performance (player with the highest individual score), Best Economical Bowler (Minimum 10 overs to be bowled), Best striker of the Tournament (Minimum 90 runs to be scored) Maximum 6s, & Maximum 4s. Medals will be given to both the Finalists along with the Winners Trophy and Runners-up Trophy.
