About the Tournament

1. The tournament will be packed with 7 teams named as: 

A) ELEVEN STARS
B) BLACK PANTHERS
C) MAHALAXMI WARRIORS
D) TANDAB BOYS
E) INDIAN BHAIJAN
F) ROYAL STRIKER
G) THUNDERBOLT XI

2. The tournament will be played in round robin format, each team getting equal chances with a bunch of 6 matches to prove their dominance.

3. The Top 4 teams in the league matches, on the basis of points earned and run rate will be elevated for the playoffs, thereby thumbing their final positions in the tournament.

4. The entry fee for the participation is: ₹8000.  

5. Awards and Recognition:
A) Champions: ₹35,000 along with Trophy
B) Runner up: ₹28,000 along with Trophy
C) Man of the Series:Trophy
D) Best Batsman of the tournament: Trophy
E) Best Bowler of the tournament: Trophy

Rules and Regulations:

1. Each team should come up with a list of maximum 15players and minimum 11 players to be in their squad. No team will be allowed to change the player list in between the tournament and the team must play with 11 members from the prescribed squad.

2. Each match will be played with red nivia tennis balls.

3. Each match will be a 15 -15 over match.

4. Byes and overthrows are applicable in this tournament. No LBW

5. Wide ball and no ball will be penalized as per ICC rules. Every no ball will be awarded with a free hit. 

6. Toss time of every match will be at 3.00 pm. A humble request to every team to be on the field with their playing XI by that time. 

Any team coming late to the ground creating hindrance in the schedule will be penalised and the umpires will be following the rule as follows. 

a) 2 overs deduction upon 15 minutes delay.

b) 5 overs deduction upon 30 minutes delay.

c) Walkover to the opponent team if more than 30 minutes.

d) For both teams coming late(post 30 minutes) Match will not be played and no points will be granted to any of the teams. However, that match will be considered "cancelled" and there will be no scope of rescheduling.

7. The first ball of every particular match has to be bowled sharp at 3.15pm.

8. Each captain will nominate their playing 11 before the toss. No players can be changed after the nomination.

9. Each innings will start with a new ball. By any chance,  
the new ball is lost or damaged within 2 overs, another new ball will replace it, post the completion of 2 overs, old balls will be made available to play, in such scenarios.

10. The decision of the on-field umpires will be considered as the final decision and they possess the right to alter their decisions, if they find the previous decision to be unfair.

11. It is the captain's responsibility to uphold the team spirit and discipline in the field.

12. Points and Tie-Breaker 


Winner of every match will be awarded 2 points.

In case of Tie, Super Over will come into the picture, where in, each team in question has to designate 3 batsmen and 1 Bowler to continue the proceedings of Super Over.

After Super Over, if the result is still a tie, the concept of Super Over will be repeated, till the result gets clear as in, one winner and the other a loser.


13. If a match gets interrupted/couldn't be played on the scheduled date, only due to rain/field unavailability constraints, that particular match will certainly be played on another day, keeping the schedule intact.

14. A bowler can bowl maximum 3 overs per match.

15. Powerplay will be for the first 4 overs. During power play, only 2 fielders are allowed outside the 30 yard circle. After power play, minimum 4 fielders should be there within the 30 yard circle.

16. There would be no change in the schedule, once its released. Every team must adhere to the published fixture. 

17. All the bowlers should have to bowl round arm. If any bowler fails to do so, the umpires will give a warning, and if the same thing happens second time then it will be declared as no ball and a free hit in the very next ball.

18. Run out(earlier called as Mankading) will not be applicable for the first time. However, a fair warning must be exercised by the umpire. If the same incident occurs for the second time, the batsman will be declared run out.

19. When a batter is out Caught, the new batter shall come in at the end the striker was at, i.e. to face the next ball (unless it is the end of an over).

20. Every team participating in the tournament has to ensure the players in their team are in their team's Jersey. No half trousers or bare foot play is allowed. Every player must wear shoes.
