After a long discussion among organisers, the seer premier league first edition 55 teams has been registered for that tournament now we did a great decision that we will play only with 32 teams,  these 32 teams will be decided by organized body only. 

And now we decided the fee only 8500 instead of 9000. The winners will be rewarded 80000 and runners 35000.

Following main points that should be followed are as:

1.all captains are requested that fee will be collected at toss time. 

2. Only 18 players can participate. 

3. Late comers will be punished to reduce one over in every 12 minutes. 

4. Uniform should be same,  no different shades. 

5.general fixture will be issued, all captains are requested to cooperate. 

6. Ground rules should be followed.
