GENERAL RULES:

1.         The participating team (players) should produce recently renewed identity cards issued by the respective institution before playing the matches.

2.         Players representing their institution must be on roll during present academic year.

3.         Transportation is the responsibility of participating teams.

4.         The scheduled time of each event will be displayed on the notice board.

5.         The teams should report at the respective venues 20 Min. before the scheduled time.

6.         We expect a high level of discipline from all participating teams.

7.         The decision of the umpires/referees will be final and binding. No protest against umpires/referees.

8.         Decision of the Organizing Committee is final and binding on all matters.

9.         Only the players mentioned in the Entry form should participate in the event.  No changes will be entertained.

10.     The entry should be sent to the PED, Department of Physical Education along with the Entry Fees Prescribed.

11.     Entries will be considered on first cum first serve basis and are limited to 24 teams.
