1.) Every team has to register their team members with their names in advance
2.) No other players will be allowed to play after
registration of teams
3.) There will be new ball for each innings
4.) Every team has to bring a new ball compulsory
5.) Every team will play 5 matches
6.) Top 4 teams will advance to semi finals
accordingly to their wins and net run-rate
7.) Entry fees has to be paid in advance before
tournament starts
8.) Umpire decision will be considered as final
decision
9.) If any team has objection with umpires decision
than only team captain and vice captain are
allowed to talk it with umpire
10.) Umpires will be from other teams as it is ideal for every team
11.) Max numbers of players will be 16 per team
12.) Every team has to reach early on the ground to( if teams are not on the ground by 7:10 maximum they will be penalized by 1 over or else 1 point )
make sure the pitch is available (even one team
member is okay to do so)
13.) Matches has to be played on only three
pitches that has been decide by the team captains
14.) Players are not allowed to play in two different teams at the same time while matches are played ( please make sure of these rule take into special consideration and if any team offend this rule will be penalized 1 point)
15.) All matches should start by 7:15 maximum or else it has to be played of 13 overs 
16.) If by some reason match is abandon each team will get 1 point (as per decided by the team captains)
17.) Maximum 6 players are allowed near the boundary line 
18.) For semifinals and final matches will be played of 16 overs
