- One team each representing these cities to play a Weekend tournament.
- For 2022 Inaugural year, Beacon Hill, Victoria, BC (VDCA League) would be the host under Cricket BC.
- Tournament date: June 4th (Sat) & 5th(Sun) 2022
- Format: Each team play once each other (2 T20's) + Top 2 Play Final - 4 games
- Winner gets Rolling Cup Trophy + MoM+BB+BB
