No throw bowlers are allowed ( Umpire will suspend that bowler from the tournament )
Umpire Decision will be last decision
Batsman has to report the throw bowlers
90 mints for 1 match
30 minutes before match time is Reporting time.
Late team will be panelized by overs or by runs. 
20 minutes late than - present team will win by walkover
