Format & Rules - 9 Player teams
1. 6 matches per team (3 matches of 2 innings of 6 overs each)
2. Top 4 play IPL styled play off
3. Top 3 Batsmen CAN'T Bowl
4. Last man allowed 
5. Min4 & Max5 behind Bowler, 3 boundary riders compulsory
6. Ball goes diff-turf: Must Cross for 1run to be awarded
7. 3rd ball of every over - PowerBall (-5:Wkt | 2xRuns)
8. Extras on PowBall: NoDouble
9. Byes & LegByes: allowed
10. Batsman retires after 30 runs, Bats again at end
11. Points system
