*100-Ball BallPark Tournament Rules:*

 

*Age Group: 25+:*  (Anyone born on or before Dec 31, 1996).

2 x Originals ID’s required (if protested).  Photocopies and Scanned Copies would NOT be accepted as ID proofs.

 

*NO Professional Players:*  

Current State Playing Players NOT allowed. Any player who might have played state before, should not have played any official State Game in last 5 seasons. Current DDCA Board players over 30 years of age are allowed to play.

 

*Game Timings:*  

Toss Time: 7:15 PM

Game Time: 7:30 PM

(Teams are expected to be on the ground at least 15 minutes prior to Toss Time.  Delayed teams will award the toss to the team present and may also result in deduction of overs for the delayed team)

 

*Team Squad- 20 players:*

Any player who has not played any of the league games, will not be allowed to play the knock-outs.

*100 Ball Game Format:*

• 100 balls per innings

• Bowlers deliver either 5 or 10 consecutive balls

• Each bowler can deliver a maximum of 20 balls per game

• A 25-ball power-play at the start for each innings

• Change of ends after 25 and 75 balls

• Two fielders are allowed outside the initial 30-yard circle during the power-play

• The non-striker must return to their original end after a caught dismissal

• In knock-out games, ties are broken by having each team bat for a 5-ball innings. Subsequent 5-ball innings may be played if the tie persists.

*Tournament Format:*

- League + Knock-Outs (QF + SF + F)

- 16 Teams divided into 4 Groups (by luck of draw)

- Top 2 Teams in each league group qualify for Gold Cup

- Bottom 2 Teams in each group qualify for Silver Cup

No charges for Finals (for both Cups)
