MPL  RULES N REGULATIONS

1. All teams will have a fixed captain .The working committee and umpires will only communicate with the team captain.

2. The most important rule is time, teams have to be present at least 30 mins before the match timing.

3. Umpires Decision will be final, no arguments will be tolerated.

4. ALL MATCHES WILL BE FOR 6 OVERS.

 5. 1 OVER PER BOWLER- LIMIT. [6 OVER MATCH- 6 BOWLERS HAVE TO BOWL.]  

6. Foot line touch NO BALL will be given followed by FREE HIT.

 7. Speed limit is 77kph. If exceeded NO BALL will be given followed by FREE HIT.

 8. If any team does not want to play any match that captain and Players will be ban on turf for future tournaments. 

9 The most important rule 

 o If there is a tie in points table between teams, the winner will be decided on run rate basis.
