Rules & Regulations. 

1. 8 teams will be playing in the tournament.
2. All 8 teams will be playing against each other once.
3. Only one over can be bowled by each bowler. 
4. Top four teams will qualify for knock out round.
5. The knock out format will be same like IPL.
6. Match will be of overs 4.
7. Players are not allowed to play matches, if found eating tobacco or consuming alcohol drink.
8. Players not available for national anthem will serve 1 match banned.
9. Any player or group of players misbehaving or abusing umpire will get Yellow Card (Warning) or Red Card (Banned for next 2 continue matches). It will be totally depending upon the situation and on field umpires will take decision accordingly.
10. Player not wearing shoes or wearing track pants inappropriate manner, then that team will be given penalty of 2 runs, for second time 5 runs penalty. If found more than twice then that team will have to face the target in 3 overs or opposite team be awarded 5 runs before the start of there innings. 

11. Compulsory one non-playing player of each team needs to be available with respective ground scorer. If the player is not available then, opposite team will be awarded 2 runs as bonus before the start of the match.

12. Compulsory to all teams to submit there playing 11 eleven before the start of their matches.

13. All 8 teams are request to give chance to all 15 players once in group stage, if any of the 15 players is not given chance to play in group stage, then that team will have to play the knock out round or eliminator with less number of players.

Example: 1. If team ABC played all their group stage matches with 13 players (Rotational Basis), then in knock out or eliminator, the team will have to play with 9 players only.

     2. If team ABC played all their group stage matches with 11 players (Rotational Basis), then in knock out or eliminator, the team will have to play with 6 players only
