Number of Teams : 4

Number of matches : 8

League matches : 6 matches where every team will play with remaining 3 teams

Table topper will qualify for the finals

2nd and 3rd ranked teams will play an Eliminator, the winner of which will play the finals

Reporting time for players 6.30am

Team submission time : 6.45 am

Toss time 6. 50 am

First ball to be bowled by 7 am

If the match starts after 7.15 am team responsible for the delay will get penalty of 5 runs

If the match starts after 7.30 am team responsible for the delay will get penalty of 5 runs and the match will be reduced to 10 Overs each

There will be no fine in case of organisational delays

Each inning will have to be finished in 55 minutes including drinks break. In case of delay there will be fine of 3 runs to the fielding side. In case of unavoidable delay, delay due to batting side the final decision will remain with the match referee.

Umpire decisions will be final. In case of a controversy captains can discuss the matter with the match refree. NO PLAYER WILL PARTICIPATE IN THE DISCUSSION.
