Guidelines for EPL 25

1. Each league match will be of 7 overs each per side

2. Minimum 5 bowler to be used with 2 bowlers allowed to bowl

max. 2 overs in the league matches.

3. Only the final match will be of 8 overs with a minimum 5 bowler to be used and 3 bowlers allowed to bowl 2 overs each.

4. Umpires decision will be considered final in all cases, in case of any ambiguity in the decision only the captains will be allowed to discuss with the umpires. No other player is suppose to interfere in the decision making process

5. The ball pitched on the line or before the line will be considered as a No-Ball.

6. In case of an overthrow which goes to the declared run mark, runs will be counted/considered as per the runs players have crossed each other + the declared runs.

7. The batsman will be considered out only if the ball’s path is above the pool fence. Lamps and fences will be considered NOT-OUT.

8. In case of a run-out, if a player touches the stump before the dismissal and if the stumps position has not been changed, the player does not have to lift the stumps and if the stump position is changed the player has to lift the stump at the same place. The stump cannot be carried from its changed place.

9. If the ball’s path is outside the building wall, it will not be considered as SIX even-though if it falls on ramp.

10. In case of bowling, if the bowler steps outside the box from sidewards it will be considered as NO-BALL. NO WARNINGS!! (If the bowler’s feet touches the bowling box it will be considered as a legitimate ball.)

11. Only Line based NO-BALL will be given as free-hit.

 12. Any other point which is not recovered above and comes as an exception will be discussed among the captains and no other players intervention will be entertained.

13. If umpire is sitting on poll, "1" run will be considered
