HITMEN BOX CRICKET SERIES

Tournament Format:

·      Each team will play 3 league matches against 3 teams in their respective pools.

·      Among the 12 teams, top 2 teams from each pool will qualify to Super Six.

·      Top Four (4) teams from Super Six will play Semifinals.

·      Winner of Each Semifinal will play Finals.

Rules & Regulations:

·      Team of 10 players per squad, 8 players would be playing and 2 players’ are allowed as substitute.

·      A picture of 10 member’s squad will be taken prior to the first match. In absence of any player(s), same Squad will be continued till the end of the tournament, changing or addition of players not allowed after submission of final squad. If any team try to change the squad would be disqualified without notice and no Refund of Amount would be given.

·       All Teams must report at venue 30 minutes before game start.

·      If the full team doesn’t report 10 minutes prior to the official start time, the opposite team will be awarded as winners.

·       Match format: 8 overs, 8 players a side (2 extra players per team)

·       Over per bowler limit: only 1 bowler can bowl max 3 Over’s, rest get to bowl  2 overs.

·       Full toss above waist is a no-ball, Next ball is free hit, and free hit continues if next ball is wide.

·       3rd bouncer over shoulder height, following 2 warnings is a no-ball, and next is a ball free hit.

·       After 2 warnings above shoulder in the same over, bowler will be disqualified.

·      Throw bowling is not allowed. Decision will be taken by the umpire.  

·      No more than 3 fielders at the straight boundary.

·      Direct catches, no rebounds. For roof rebounds, ball in play but not a catch.

·      LBW: No LBW outs, foot deflections no leg byes/byes.

·      In case of Tie, Super Over will be played, if super over is Tie, winner will be decided over Toss.

·      Only full arm bowling action bowlers are allowed in the match any fault in bowling action bowler will be disqualified for bowling in the tournament.

·     Scoring would happen through Cricheros app online.

·     All teams should enroll their team in cricheros app and upload their team details and add the photo of the player in the app.

·     Umpire decision would be Final and Arguments with umpire are not accepted that may lead to Disqualification of Team.

·     Any rules not specified; Organizers Decision would be final.

·     Any arguments or rude behavior of the team players with other team’s/ umpires/organizers would lead to disqualification of the team and would not refund of the tournament fee.Only Captain and Vice-Captain should talk in case of clarifications with umpire or organisers.

·     Team should be playing with proper cricket attire any team member not adhere the attire will not be allowed to play the tournament.
