1. Player who has played in one team is not allowed to play in another team throughout the tournament.

2. Match start time is 7:30AM. 15 minutes will be a grace time. 

3. Delay for more than 15 minutes will result in 2 overs deduction. A Delay for more than 30 minutes will result in a 3 overs reduction for a team appearing late in the ground. 

4. Any Team not appearing till 60 mins for a match or match not started till 60 mins due to any team will be declared as win for other team and 2 points will be awarded to them. 

5. Atleast 7 players are required from a team to start the match. Rest can join till 8th over (rule applied to both Batting and Bowling side)

6. Player can field only if he join the team after 8 overs. Only Players from the squad can feel.

7. If organizers found there is any mishandling or unfair decisions are being made then they can change the umpire from another team to control the situation.

8. If any team walks out of the ground on protest during the playtime, then this would yield a walkover to the opposition team based on the decision by umpires and organizers.

9. In case of a tie in the league stages team would get 1 point each.

10. In knockout matches if a tie happens, then super over decides the winner.

11. In league stages if two teams are tied with the same points, NRR would be taken into account and the team with a better NRR would move to the knockout stage.

12. In case of no game due to rain or any unseen circumstances, each team would be awarded 1 point each. However, there would be a reserve day for knockout matches.

13. Playing 11 should be submitted by both captains to each other before start of the match.

14. One bouncer is allowed per over, provided the ball passes between the shoulder and the head. However, ball passing over the head will be declared as a wide. Another bouncer in the same over is deemed as a No-ball even if the batsman played it.

16. Free hit is allowed for all type of No-balls.

17. It will be a 16 over Mach between 2 teams.

18. 5 bowlers have to be utilized by the bowling side. Only 1 bowler can bowl max 4 overs.

19. Watta/Throw/illegal bowling is not allowed at all.

20. Any player found playing whose name is not in the squad or playing with fake identity (on someone's behalf) will yield as match loss for that particular team and 2 points will be awarded to the other team.

21. 3 star players are allowed only in playing 11.

22. Walkover is not allowed and any team not appearing for their match will be out of the tournament directly.

23. Player should have played at least 1 match before semi final.

24. Submit a squad of 18 players with no change allow thorough out the tournament.

25. Bowler will be stopped from bowling after 2 beamers.
