Basic Information
1. Tournament start date :  18th Dec 2021  .
2. Tournament end date : 16th Jan 2022. (The end date may change depending on the team's availability). But once the schedule is finalized, it can't be changed.
3. Teams Participating : 8
4. Entry Fees for each team : Rs. 5000/-
5. League matches will be played in Round-Robin method i.e each team will play against every other team participating in UPL.
6. Each team will play 7 league matches before knockout.
7. Top four teams (based on NRR) will qualify for knockouts.
8. In the semi final, Team 1 will face Team 3 and Team 2 will face Team 4.
9. The winners of the semifinals will face each other in the grand final.
10. There will be prize money for the winner(6000), runners up(5000) and 3rd(3000) and 4th(3000) team.
11. Well known and experienced umpires will be managing each match for smooth execution.

Rules and Regulations
1. Each team must have a 17 player list. No team is allowed to change the players list in between the tournament. So it's a request to all the teams to share their players list with photos to the organizer before the start of the tournament.
2. Each match will be played with red nivia tennis balls.
3. Each match will be a 15-15 over match.
4. Byes and overthrows are applicable in this tournament, but LBW are not applicable so no leg byes.
5. Wide ball and no ball will be penalized as per ICC rules. Every no ball will be awarded with a free hit.
6. At Least 7 players must be present at the time of toss.
If any team fails to reach in scheduled time then the toss will go in favour of the opponent team. If a match start delays due to the late attendance of one team then the team will lose overs based on time being late.
7. Each captain will nominate playing 11 before toss. No player can be changed after the nomination without the consent of the opposite captain.
8. A player who has played in a team not allowed to play for another team.
9. Each innings will start with a new ball. Incase ball is lost or damaged between 2 overs, a new ball will replace it, after 2 overs another old ball will replace the damaged ball.
10. On field umpire decision will be the final decision.
11. It is the captain's responsibility to uphold the team spirit and discipline in the field.
12. For every win, the winning team gets 2 points and the losing team won't get any points.
13. If a match is stopped due to rain, the match will start after rain stops or any other day from where it was stopped.
14. A bowler can bowl maximum 3 overs. 
15. Powerplay will be for the first 4 overs. During power play, only 2 fielders are allowed outside of the 30 yard circle. After power play, minimum 4 fielders should be there within the 30 yard circle.
16. Bowler address, side change need to inform the umpire otherwise it will be penalized to no ball and free hit.
17. If the wicket keeper wants to bowl he needs to inform the umpire, and in case a team wants to change wicket keeper, then it should inform the umpire first, otherwise  it will be penalized to no ball and free hit.
18. If a team is not available as per the schedule, then it has to inform the organisers before minimum 3 days, so that it will be easier for the organisers to manage everything. If the team informs on the day of the match, then the opponent team will be declared as winner.
19. All the bowlers should have to bowl round arm only. If any bowler fails to do so, the umpire will give a warning, and if the same thing happens second time then it will be declared as no ball and a free hit in the next ball.
20. Mankading is not allowed. It will be the responsibility of the players to maintain the ethics of the game. Umpire has the sole responsibility to handle if such issue occurs in a match.
21. If a ball pitches outside of the pitch, it will be declared as Wide ball.
22. Looking at the CORONA pandemic, the organizers suggests contact less match. No one should touch any other person during the match. In place of handshake, we suggest either use your elbow for a shake or NAMASKAR to make the tournament clean and successful.
