**SCL Edition 3 - day and night tournament (White Ball)** on Saturday and Sunday only

2 pools
8 teams in a pool.
Current and last year state and above standard players are not allowed to play
7 league matches 1 minimum knock out game..
Each team will get minimum two 8pm and two 4pm slot remaining matches will be day slots.
2 cup format.
16 teams will have one points table
Top 8 will play for elite cup
Botton 8 will play for plate cup.
Player should play min of 2 leagues games to play knockout games
