1. All games leading up to the finals shall be limited to a maximum of 15 over's per innings.
2. Five (5) bowlers shall be allowed a maximum of 3 overs.
3. Only Ras Al Khaimah players can play in this tournament.
4. Total of 18 players are allowed in team list.
5. 2 points will be awarded to the declared winning team of each match. Incase of tie, both the teams
will be awarded 1 point each in league stage and during knockout stages winner will be decided
by super over.
6. There shall be power play for first 4 overs during which maximum of 2 players are allowed
outside the circle. After the power play maximum of 5 players are allowed to field outside the
circle.
7. 32 teams league match, each group divide by 8 teams.
8. The top 4 teams from each group will qualify to pre-quarter.
9. If you do not like or agree with the decision of the umpire, opposite captain can change umpire.
10.We consider all byes (leg byes and byes). We do not consider LBW in our games.
11.We consider over throws in this game.
12.Committee approved balls (tennex) shall be used in the competition.
13.The nominated substitute players to be present before 5th over of the match. (i.e. 4.1 over no
changes)
14.The player who batted in 1st innings should be in the field for a minimum of 4 overs in the

nd innings.
15.Any team who attempts to play other players who are not mentioned in the list provided to the
committee, 2 points will be deducted per match and should pay a stiff penalty as decided by the
committee.
16.If bowler is chucking (throwing), umpire shall take any decision even if not appealed frombatsman.
17.Each team will have only 1 match in a day.
18.No free hits allowed.
19.One bouncer per over is allowed as per rules.
20.No runner is allowed during the match. In exception case, only allowed if both captains agreed.
21.Only 1 ball should use for 15 overs, if ball tare after the 4th over then batting team can choose old
ball. If agreed by both captain ball can be changed.
22.If ball lost or tare during the 1st 4 overs new ball should be used.
23.If ball tare and ball went for six or four it will consider as boundary (six and four) and if it is
wicket or any other runs will consider as dead ball.
24.Playing 11 and sub list should be handed over to the team captains beforetossing.
25.Wicket keeper can bowl directly.
26.Minimum 8 players from the team list required to start the match.
27.If the non-striker move out from the crease before the bowler complete his action, the bowler
have rights to do stumping and if it is 1st time umpire can give warning to the non-striker batsman
and then if he repeat the same the batsman will be declared out by the umpire.
28.The player who played batting in the 1st session should be in field, minimum of 4 overs in the
second session.
29.Match timing Morning
Toss: 6:45 AM
Match Start: 7:00 AM Walk Over: 7:30 AM (depends on climate)
30.Failing to report on time will declare the opposite team as winner on walkover basis.
31.One player from each team will act as captain for the duration of the competition.
32.Team captains are the all responsible of their team behavior.
33.Scoring is done strictly through “CRIC HEROS” app. all team should update their team squad
before the match starts.
34.The committee shall not be responsible for any sorts of injuries or accidents takes place
throughout the tournament and hence recommend all the players to use appropriate
safety gadgets.
35.Any unsolved disputes during matches, teams should contact the committee & the
committee will take final decision after consulting with both captains.
36.Rest all the rules are as per ICC cricketing rule (In case of any conflicts committee shall
be taking final decision).
