Match
1. 10 overs match, 11 a side, 10 to field, 10 wickets, per bowler maximum 2 overs
2. If a team plays with less than 11 players then -5 will be deducted for each player that is short. For eg: If a team plays with only 9 players instead of mandatory 11 then the team which is short will start their batting with a score of -10 i.e. (2 x -5)
3. One super over per innings to be taken by the batting team compulsorily. The score of this over shall be double counted. Batting team has to first declare super over and then the fielding team shall have the choice to decide, which bowler will bowl that over.
BATTING
1. A batsman is expected to play fair and take reasonable guard. While there is no specific rule, umpires at their discretion may warn a player to not cover the stumps completely since there is no LBW in the match.
2. A batsman may ask for a runner, but only in truly exceptional situations and only with the agreement of Captain of the opposite team. (OC already has list of players who are injured the same will be shared before tournament)
3. Last man will not be able to bat. Innings comes to an end at the fall of 10 wickets.
4. Batsman can charge the bowler
BOWLING
1. Bowling from the box: The bowler can start from within the box. At any point in time, the bowler should not touch the back and the side line in the box i.e. before and during delivery of the ball. You can cut the front line only but not 100% i.e. full foot outside the front line. Every kind of no ball results in a free hit
2. The ball must bounce ahead of the center line (ON THE LINE WILL BE A NO BALL) and must reach the batting crease or beyond in no more than one bounce. Else it shall be declared as a noball
3. The ball bounces twice before batsman than it’s a no ball. If 2nd bounce is behind batsman then it’s a valid ball
4. If the batsman leaves the crease and if it's a flighted ball, hitting the stumps or falling below the stumps height than it's not a no ball.
5. If during contact with the ball, the batsman is standing inside the create i.e. either feet inside and the ball is above the waist high then it will be considered a NO BALL. If the batsman is standing outside the crease i.e. both feet outside the crease during contact with the ball, then full toss above WAIST high is NOT a NO ball.
6. All balls above SHOULDER high will be deemed NO BALLS. This will be the case even if the batsman starts from outside the crease or charges down the pitch.
7. Bowling action - the bowler must tuck in his shirt. The bowler is to complete the entire bowling action and release the ball, ALL under his waist line. Anything above the waist line is considered a no-ball (calls will be determined by the umpire)
8. Bowlers are not allowed to use tapes in their bowling hand while bowling.
9. A bowler must be present on the field one over before he bowls his over. (First over a bowler is allowed to bowl and leave the field)
FIELDING
1. The team can have a total of 10 players on the field including bowler and wicket keeper.
2. Only a maximum of 3 fielders can stand at Boundary (there is no minimum) and maximum of 2 between the bowler and Boundary fielders (green patch). Keeper is compulsory
3. If the fielder is touching the boundary nets at the time of touching the ball, while stopping, catching or otherwise, it shall be deemed boundary as equivalent of touching the rope in international matches.
Dismissals
1. A player will not be judged LBW. Other than that all kinds of dismissals shall be applicable including obstructing the field and handling theball.
2. In addition to the above, a player shall also be deemed out, if he/she fails to score any runs on three consecutive balls delivered to him/her over one or multiple overs. However, the counting will be reset, if the bowler balls any illegal delivery to the concerned batsman between these balls.
3. During the 3 dot rule, if the batsman on the strike is on 2 dots and a runout occurs, then the batsman runout will be out.
4. As in international cricket, the first form of dismissal will make the ball dead and hence second form of dismissal shall not be valid. A delivery is deemed over only after all events possible on that delivery have come to an end. Hence a dot ball can only be declared right at the end. Therefore if a run out happens on the third dot ball, run outshall be given out and dot balls will also get reset to zero even if it is the other batsman who gets runout.
5. A batsman will also be given out if the shot hits the top net directly without touching any side net or any person on field (fielder or non-strike batsman etc) besides deduction of 5 runs as applicable for all dismissals
6. Even if 1 stump is completely dismantled then need to remove the stumps to run out. Or else hitting is enough. If a point is missed above, then International Playing Rules apply.
7. In the big turf if the ball hits any part of the tree and the fielder catches the ball then it be NOT OUT.
8. A batsman cannot be stumped of a NO-BALL. He can only be RUNOUT
9. A batsman cannot be stumped of a FREE HIT. He can only be RUNOUT
10. If during a NO BALL or a FREE HIT, a RUN OUT is when the ball touches the batsman’s body or bat and the stumps are knocked over by a fielder while the batsman is out of his crease.
11. If a batsman is declared by the batting side then the batsman will be considered out and -5 will be deducted from the score.

6. Any runs scored, positive or negative, during a super over shall be doublecounted
7. Any form of out including touching the top net will be not out on a free hit, except run out. -5 will also not be applicable on hitting the top net on a free hit since its not out. However a dot ball on free hit shall count as first dot ball.
