Rules
1. Each team having main 11 player's in addition to extra 2 players
2. Players must have jersey
3. Empire decision is final
4. Only captain will be taken decisions or discussion with organizer's.
5. Each team having minimum 5 bowler's 
6. Power play is present for each match
7. Fair play points
8. Only one new ball is given for each innings
