BALLPARK WINTER CUP RULES:

_*TIMING*_

7:00 AM & 11:15 AM  -  Games are to start on time.

Half-an-Hour of weather delay (only) will be considered for the morning games only.

If teams are NOT on time, they will have to face the brunt off deducted overs as it is the captains/ players responsibility to be on time. 

_*AGE LIMIT: 25+*_

Any player born on or after November 6, 1996 (start date of the tournament) will not be allowed to play.

_*PROFESSIONAL PLAYERS NOT ALLOWED*_

Any player who has played any professional league (District/ State Level) in last 3 years will not be allowed to participate in the tournament.  

DDCA Club Cricket Rule exception: any current player playing Club Cricket in Delhi (as there is no District Cricket in Delhi) needs to be over 30 years of age.  3-years rules stand for 25-30 years of age bracket.

_*ONE PLAYER ONE TEAM*_

No player will be allowed to play for 2 teams NO MATTER WHAT. 

NO transfers allowed either during the course of the tournament.

_*POINTS SYSTEM*_

2 points for a WIN and 1 point each for a tied game.  Knock-Out games will be settled with a super over (if required).

_*SUPER SUB / TEAM SQUAD*_

1 x Super Sub will be allowed every game. 

Wicket Keeper cannot be a Super-Sub.

No players are to be added/ removed or replaced from the team list after the toss. 

Squad of maximum 20 players will be allowed.  A player who has not played at least 1 x league game will not be allowed to play any knock out games.

_*TEAM KITS & GEARS*_

Organizer will NOT be responsible for providing any necessary safety gears.

_*ICC RULES*_

All other ICC Cricket Rules to be followed, unless specified.

_*UMPIRES*_

Any player/ team found guilty of any misconduct with the Umpires will have to forfeit the game points immediately.

Good and Bad decisions are a part of the game and keeping the sportsman spirit alive please remember that Umpires Decision will be considered as FINAL.
