1. All the matches will be played in Abhay Prashal Indoor Stadium
2. Participating members should mandatorily carry ID card/ photo
ID of age proof at the time of matches.
3. Participant should be from Jain community and in case of
females there present status should be Jain only
4. The Team will consist of 12 members, out of which only 10 can
play. The combination of team shall be as under:-
1 Female member mandatory
1 Male member above 50 Years.
As on 30th September 2021.
5. If in any case female player is not playing than opposite team
shall be awarded 40 runs for all female overs upto finals.
6. The Size of the playing field is 108 Ft. (Straight)*130 Ft.
(Sideways) i.e. boundary at straight will be 100 Ft. & Leg /Off
side ways would be 65 Ft. (approx).
7. Official tennis ball for the event shall be Cosco
Championship/Wilson.
8. Matches will be played on league cum knockout basis.
9. Each team shall play league matches .Topper of all groups will
qualify for knockout matches.
10. Winner of match will be awarded five points & loser will not be
given any points i.e. zero points.
11. All league match and S/F shall be of 7 overs. & Final match will
be of 8 overs.
12. Organising Committee shall provide only stumps & balls, all
other playing equipment has to be brought by Participating
Teams.
13. Any one bowler can bowl maximum 2 overs & One Female
over shall be mandatory upto finals.
14. In case of unforeseen circumstances minimum 5 over match is
Required to get results & overs shall be reduced proportionately.
15. Female player has to be given batting maximum upto second
down i.e. up to top four batting order.
16. There will be a 5 min. drinks break and each innings should be
completed within 35 minutes. In case of delay the umpires shall
take appropriate action.
17. In every match challenge over for each innings will be
bowled. The batting team can challenge in between 4 to 6 th
over. In that over the runs challenged will be doubled if
achieved successfully. If not then the score of bating team shall
be counted as 0.
18. The challenge could be given by batting team after the bowling
team captain has decided the bowler but before the start of over.
19. The over shall end on completion of challenged target for eg. if
in 3 balls the target is met then the over shall be treated to have
been completed.
20. In case any batsman gets retired at the time of batting, he/she
can re enter the ground only in the end & if declared then he/she
can’t come to play again even if whole team get outs.
21. Captain & team management reserves the right to retires or
declare any player of their team.
22. Runner will be allowed under only special circumstance as per
decision of Umpires.
23. Only one bouncer per over will be allowed (Above shoulder
height).Second bouncer will be declared as no ball. Even first
bouncer above head height shall be declared as a no ball.
24. On every no ball free hit will be given.
25. LBW has been ruled out as a dismissal in the tournament.
Hence, the batsman cannot be out by the way of LBW.
26. There will be no Power Play.
27. Proper sports Uniform will be mandatory, only sports shoes with
gum or rubber sole will be allowed.
28. If Batsman Hits 3 Times anywhere on roof irrespective of
boundaries he will be given out.
29. If ball touches Roof within boundary and caught will not be give
out & Batsman can run and score as many runs possible.
30. If the ball touches roof outside boundary area and than directly
comes in playing field it will be considered in play only and
players have to run & score.
31. If ball touches roof & crosses boundary, it will be given six or
runs as per any bonus area. except be the player touches the wof

32. To bring excitement and fun there shall be some spots with
bonus runs as decided by sports committee. If Batsman hit in
that particular area he will get bonus runs.
33. Two & four Runs will be allotted on Leg and off side
boundaries
(Approx 65 Ft. each) in case of indirect and direct touch
respectively.
34. Four & Six Runs will be allotted on straight side boundary
(approx 100 ft) in case of indirect and direct touch respectively.
35. One run declared will be allotted if the ball gases third man
Railing boundary.
36. Bye & over throw Runs runs will be allowed as per general
norms.
37. Bowling Pitch will be of 56 feets and in case of Female Bowler
pitch will be of 45 yards.
38. However batting pitch shall be of synthetic flooring or as
decided by sports committee.
39. In case match draw or tie 6 bowled out system will be followed.
In case as of again tie 3 bowled out system & then 1 bowled out
system. Different bowlers with one female bowler compulsory
in first two cases.
40 If after league matches there is a tie between teams in league,
the ranking will be given on the basis of net run rate (NRR).
41. If any team has any claim or doubt for non fulfilment of any
mandatory requirement of opposition team player , they can
protest against .Team against whose player protest is claim has
to provide all required documents like Photo, Age proof, on the
spot itself. Otherwise player shall be disqualified with
immediate effect.
42. However protest fees charge will be Rs 500/-( non refundable ).
43. Reporting time to chief referee for all the teams is 30 minutes
before the schedule match time. If any team does not report even
after 15 minutes of there scheduled match time , the opposite
team would be given a walkover. And in case if both the teams
does not report ,the match would by cancelled and both the
teams will not be awarded any points for that match.
44. During a match, if any player is found under the influence of
alcohol on field, he would be banned from playing the
tournament.
45. Any player is not allowed to play in more than one team during
the entire tournament.
46. In case of any mishappening or any injury of participants/
Players/Viewers it will be the personal responsibility of their
own. organizer holds no responsibility in any case.
47. As we have neutral & qualified umpires for the tournament,
hence the umpire’s decision would be considered as the final
decision. Any arguments with the umpires can lead to
disciplinary action against the team by the management
48. Umpires reserves the right to give yellow card as a warning for
one time .Finally red card will be given which implies
immediate suspensions from the match and ban on other two
matches.
49. However in case of very serious misbehaviour players shall be
shown red card without any warning (yellow card).
50. Decisions of Chief Refree & Umpires shall be final and binding
on the ground.
51. Every match will have a prize for Man or Woman of the Match.
There will be also prizes for the Man of the Series, Woman of
the Series, Best Bowler, and Best Batsman & Best Fielder.
52. Decision of Chief Refreee shall be final & binding on all the
participating team. The sports committee reserves the right to
amend the rules before the start of the tournament.

54. All the decisions of the umpire & JITO sports committee shall be
final and binding on all the participating team. The sports
committee reserves the right to amend the rules before &
during the start of the tournament.
