1. This tournament is a set of 8 teams 

2. All teams play each other in tournament and matches will start from 2nd October. 

3. The top 4 teams will qualify for qualifier based on their points or NRR. 

4. Two points for a win and one point to each team in case the match is abandoned. In case of a tie, then super over will be applied as the ICC rules, to decide the winner. 

5. During the match, it is compulsory for the players and substitutes to be dressed in proper cricketing gears like tracks, sports shoes, t- shirt & caps. Mandatory to wear only white tracksuits. 

6. The playing teams must be present 30 minutes before the schedule start of the game and are requested to take care of their belongings. TPL will organize the Ground, Full and half matting wicket, Umpire and will use Red cricket ball. 

7. Captains must handover the list of their playing squad 16-members details to tournament officials before the tournament. Thereafter no changes will be allowed. 

8. Captains must handover the list of their playing 11 members physically present to the match referee before the toss. Thereafter no changes will be allowed. 

9. If a team fails to reach on time, at the ground or leaves in the middle of the match, then the opponent team will be declared as a Winner. 

10. For 20/16 Overs match the first 6/4 overs of each innings only 2 fielders shall be allowed to field outside the Inner circle. In the event of an infringement of any of the above fielding restrictions, the square leg Umpire shall call and signal has ‘No Ball’. 

11. The time allotted to finish 20 overs 80 min and no provision for time out is being provided. 

12. In case if any team will give walkover without a ball bowled. That match 2 new balls will be handover to opponent Team. 

13. In a Match, No separate drink interval will be provided in the midst of an inning. However, the players may opt to call for drinks only at the fall of a wicket. This rule is to be followed strictly. 

14. "MANKADING" non-striker dismissals applicable. 

15. No bye runner is allowed under any circumstances as per ICC Rules. 

16. During the fielding, substitute fielder will be allowed only if there is any injury to the fielder. If a fielder is out of ground for more number of overs than he is in, then that particular fielder will be allowed to bat at No. 6 or thereafter only. 

17. TPL (organizers) has right to change/alter the timing & venue of the matches. However, such changes will be informed respective captains. 

18. All the teams will play in good spirit and maintain the decorum of the game and no one will be allowed to pass any comments/remarks on any one's on the field or off the field. If any such incident comes to the notice, then the Tournament Committee has full powers to enquire the matter and if proved true then
