*Rules for the CJ Society Box Cricket Tournament*:
- 5 overs match
- Umpires decision will be final.
- Max one over per bowler.
- Opening batsman cannot bowl.
- No-Ball if bowled directly above waist height.
- No-Ball if bowled on or before the center line.
- Fast bowling decision will be umpires decision and Umpires can give straight No-Ball without warning
- Direct hit on Side net is out.
- *Ball hitting top net and then side net is not out*
- *Catch taken after hitting Top net is out*
- *Direct hit on Side net on a No-Ball is not out.*
- *No free hit after a No - Ball*
- If out on No-Ball ( Run out or stumpout) then ball will be counted.
- *Full toss ball bowled behind the stump is a wide ball.*
- Side arm bowling is not allowed
- No-Ball if bowlers leg touches either side line or front line.
- No-Ball if ball is pitched before or on the centre white line.
- Any ball pitching ahead of centre white line will be termed legal even if its a double bounce
*Field restrictions*- 5 players mandatory behind the bowling stumps (excluding bowler)
3 players on boundary and 2 behind the stump (Before the 4th pole)
*Super Over Rules*
- *No fielding change allowed in Super over*
- Compulsory One over is Super Over
- Playing batsmen will take a call for Super Over.
- Side and Top net is not out. (No restrictions)
- Balling team captain to decide who will ball, after batting team opts for Super Over.
*Any team members or Captain creating nuisance, Wasting time Or arguments will lead to* *- 5 penalty*
- Incase of Tie there will be a Super over. Will follow Super over rules.
