1) Umpires decisions will be last decision and no arguments
2) Both the umpires will be outsiders
3) 4 Teams will compete each other in round Robin format
4) 2 points will be rewarded for winning team 
5) Super over will be played for tie or draw
6) If Super over ties then total wickets will be considered of total match (including super over) 
7) Net run rate will be considered for each standing in points table 
8) NRR will be considered for every league match and it would calculated on basis of 3 matches
9) Final match will be played of 8 overs and rest league match of 7 overs
10) Only one bowler can ball 2 overs
11) Every wide will be of 1 run
12) Freehit for no ball
13) Last batsmen will be not allowed as single player
14) Maximum 4 runs for over throw
15) Only captain can talk to umpire for any issue
