HAMDAN PREMIER LEAGUE (Season 4).

Matches will be played on weekdays (Sunday to Wednesday) 9pm slot.

Venue = AL BATAYEH GROUND 1, SHARJAH.

8 Teams in the tournament. C Division teams only.

Every team gets 8 confirmed games.

Every team will get 7 league games, then based on points table, top 4 teams will qualify for Play Off's. 

If the team does not qualify for the Play Off's, then will play their 8th match for 5th or 7th position. 

Note:-

1> Iron Spikes are not allowed. Any player found disobeying this rule will be penalized with 500 aed penalty.

2> Toss will be done 15 mins before the match start time. ANY 1 player can do the toss on behalf of their team (in cases where captain himself is late).

3> 30 member sqaud will be allowed for each team and any 11 players can play league games out of this 30 member sqaud.

4> Playing XI for Semi Finals & Finals must include players who have played atleast 1 league game.

5> If match start is delayed due to players unavailability, then overs will be reduced for the team whose players are late (during their batting). 1 over for every 5 min.

6> Each team needs to finish bowling their 20 overs in 90 mins. If this isn't done, then over reduction will be done as per point no. 5.

7> Umpires decission will be considered final and request each team to respect it. 

8> Any team found arguing with umpires on field will be disqualified from the tournament. If the decission needs to be questioned, then only the Captain of the team has the authority to discuss with umpires, players intervention is strictly prohibited.

9> A & B division players won't be allowed as per below criteria. 

* Players with more than 8000 runs in 160 or less matches, players with more than 400 wickets,  batting average of 55 runs won't be allowed.

* Players who have played for UAE National Team or any other countries National Team won't be allowed to participate in this tournament. Under 19 yrs players won't be Banned in any criteria.

* Player who has played more than 5 matches for below teams in the past 6 months, won't be allowed. (Future Mattress, Defenders CC, Brother Gas CC, Interglobe Marine India, Kattan CC, Sarah CC, Ya Layl Lycans, Lahore United, Deccan Warriors, ATLAS, TVSL, Phoenix Medicines, Faisal XI, Splash CC, IGM, MGM, Multiplex International, Sharjah CC/CA, Mir CC, ECB Blues, Fly Emirates, UBL, Eurocon CC, Alubond CC, Rainwari Renegades, FFF CC, Hazara United, Sougat Tourism, NMC, Globelink Westar Shipping, Karwan, Bukhatir League).

* Any player who has played more matches for the participating team, won't be banned if he falls in above criteria.

Protest if any should be done after the scheduled match within 24 hrs with valid proof. It should be sent by email (akashingleshwar@gmail.com) or by whats app to the organizer. Protest fees of 200 aed (refundable) is applicable for every protest and must be paid at the time of protest. It will be refunded if protest is valid. And without this fees, protest won't be accepted.
