Remaining players (max 20, age > 21 years) can be added before knock-outs stage by sharing Corp-mail id

All matches will be played on Saturday & Sundays only
Once Fixtures are published (Every Tuesday 5pm ), No changes will be entertained

Red Card System
If any player abuses umpires or opponent team players with bad language umpire will give him a Red card
i) If he is doing batting, immediately he will be declared as a retire hurt. He can come for batting as for SCC-T20 RETIRE HURT rule
ii) If he is doing fielding, he will be out of field for next 3 overs. Fielding team has to continue the fielding with 10 players
iii) If he is at pavilion or after the match or any condition does not fall under i & ii , he wont be allowed to play next match
iv) If any player gets Redcard more than thrice (3 times) in this tourney, then he won’t be allowed to play the rest of the tourney and he can’t replaced also
Dress Code
If team has their own designed color dress, it is also acceptable.How ever Playing Xi should have same color dress, other wise those players won’t allow to play
We will provide 15 Color Dress pairs (Delivery time : 2weeks) with SCCn Sponsors logo print for Rs 9000/- ( Each one (Trouser+Tshirt) 600/- )

Each innings to be mandatory completed in 85(+5) minutes. If it doesn’t complete, Umpire decision is final and they can use D/L method to set the target for 2nd innings or declare the winner of the match.
10 minutes (Max) break between innings
Teams need to report 15 minutes before the scheduled start
Min 8 members in a team are needed to start the match. No player will be allowed after 6 overs of the first innings
1st Match : 7:15am to 10:15am Reporting Time : 7am
2nd Match : 10.30am to 1.35pm Reporting Time : 10:15am
3rd Match : 2.45pm to 5.45pm Reporting Time : 2.30pm
4th Match : 6.30pm to 9.30pm Reporting Time : 6.15pm
If match doesn’t start on scheduled time and If both teams are at ground then for every 10 minutes of delay, One Over will be reduced from total number of overs in each innings
10 minutes of Delay ---- Match will be 19 Overs match
20 minutes of Delay ---- Match will be 18 Overs match
30 minutes of Delay ---- Match will be 17 Overs match

80minutes of Delay ---- Match will be 12 Overs match
If delay is more than 80 minutes then match will be cancelled and will be re-scheduled
If match doesn’t start on scheduled time due to one of the teams (Team A) and Other team (Team B) Captain is not ready to play reduced overs match, then that team (Team A) will be penalized like for first 15 minutes of delay it’s batting innings will be reduced by 1 over, there after for every 5 minutes of delay penalized by additional 1 over. Here Other team (Team B) will get full quota of overs in it’s batting innings. If delay time is crossed 30 minutes then match will be awarded to other team (Team B)

More than 30 minutes – Walk-Over
Points & NRR
Winner will be awarded 4 points and Loser will gain 0 points
In case of Tie,Super Over will be played if the match ends in a TieIn case Super over also ends with same scores, match will be decided by below options Team with maximum 6’s including the Super Over will be declared winner If 6’s are same, then 4’s will be considered to decide the winner If that is also same, then winner will be decided based on toss of the coin
In case of rain interruption or bad light (before 5.30PM)
If 75% overs of 1st innings (15 overs for 20-20 match) are not completed, then match will be Cancelled and Re-scheduledBefore 6 overs of 2nd innings
For Knock-Out Match, match will be cancelled and re-scheduled
For League Match, Points will be shared without Scores
After 6overs of 2nd innings, Winner will be decided based on Duck worth-Lewis Method (** We request all Captains/POCs please install D/L Method app in your smart phones )
Walk Over
Lets assume TEAM A got walk over in the League match Vs TEAM B. Then TEAM A will get full 4 points and TEAM B will get 0 points. Match scores will be considered like TEAM A : 120 in 20 overs and TEAM B: 90 in 20 overs with No Batting and Bowling stats
* Team which gives walk-over has to pay penalty of Rs4000/- or they will get one less match
Power Play
1. First 6 overs are mandatory power play
2. In First 6 over, Max 2 fielders are allowed outside 30 yard circle
General Fielding rules
1. At any given point of time, minimum 4 fielders should be inside 30 yard circle
2. At the most 5 fielders can be on the leg side
3. Substitute/By-Runner is not allowed until external injury on field discretion of Umpires
4. Batsman returning to pavilion will be considered as Retired Hurt and will be allowed to bat again only after gap of 4 wickets or as the last wicket, whichever comes first
5. Outsiders are not allowed for Substitute fielding. Player(s) from Team List or SCC (current edition) players List (if opponent team captain agrees) only can do the Substitute fielding
If umpires miss the No-balls, which are related to “Number of Fielders should be inside 30 yard circle”, then batting team captain can immediately (before next ball bowls) interrupt the play and he can info to the umpires
Top 3 or 4 teams (based no of groups) from each group (Total 12 teams) will qualify for Knock outs. Teams will be ranked 1 to 12.
Ranked 1 – 4 Teams will play for Gold cup
Ranked 5 – 8 Teams will play for Sliver Cup
Ranked 9 – 12 Teams will play for Bronze Cup
