POWERPLAY WEEKDAY CUP (Season 9).

Matches will be played on weekdays (Sunday to Wednesday) 9pm slot.

Venue = THE PAVILION, AL DHAID GROUND, SHARJAH, UAE.

8 Teams in the tournament. C Division teams only.

Every team gets 8 confirmed games.

Every team will get 7 league games, then based on points table, top 4 teams will qualify for Semi Finals. 

If the team does not qualify for the Semi Finals, then will play their 8th match for 5th or 7th position. 

Every team will pay the match fees for the Match they are playing, even team who qualify for Finals will be paying the match fees.

Note:-

1> Iron Spikes are not allowed. Any player found disobeying this rule will be penalized with 500 aed penalty.

2> Toss will be done 15 mins before the match start time. ANY 1 player can do the toss on behalf of their team (in cases where captain himself is late).

3> 30 member sqaud will be allowed for each team. For Semi Finals, Play off's and Finals, the playing 11 must include players from league matches only.

4> If match start is delayed due to players unavailability, then overs will be reduced for the team whose players are late (during their batting). 1 over for every 4 min.

5> Each team needs to finish bowling their 20 overs in 90 mins. If this isn't done, then over reduction will be done as per point no. 4.

6> Umpires decission will be considered final and request each team to respect it. 

7> Any team found arguing with umpires on field will be disqualified from the tournament. If the decission needs to be questioned, then only the Captain of the team has the authority to discuss with umpires, players intervention is strictly prohibited.

8> A & B division players are not allowed in this tournament. Its a pure C division tournament. 

9> If a player falls in banned teams criteria but has played more matches for the team he is representing in this tournament compared to the protested team, then he will be allowed to play.

If any exception has to be approved for specific players, plz inform the tournament Organizer Mr. AKASH before the start of tournament.
