All the MCC rules will be followed along with some ground rules and incase of any dispute on field empire decision will be considered as final regardless of MCC rule. 
Total of 32 teams will participate in this tournament and total fee for tournament is 2500 P/T.
Winners will be awarded Cash price of 13000 along with some trophies and runner up will be give 6000 and trophies.
