Computer Science and Engineering Intra Department Cricket Tournament.

Tournament Rules:

Whatever I can so far think of is this:

1. During the tournament all participants are expected to behave professionally and should avoid abusive language/gestures/ question umpires decisions. The participants must also remember to treat other players with respect as well as have fun.
   • There is a severe penalty for anyone who curses an opponent. That person will be removed from the whole tournament. No EXCUSES.  If three players from a single team are removed, the entire team is banned. The team and Captain must make sure this does not happen.
   • Cursing is constituted as abusive, hateful, or malignant language or behavior.
2. The Team Captain is responsible for informing all of the teammates about when the team will be playing and on what dates. Our responsibility is to tell the Captain when his team will be playing.
3. At no account is held accountable for any injuries happening during a game.
4. If any player is deemed to be violent, ill-cooperative, or dangerous to anyone around him, he will be removed, and Certain actions will be taken.
5. All the matches are limited overs ( 10 or 20 overs).
6. Team Captain must submit Playing eleven list to scorer’s on or before the match toss.
7. In case of tie match that is both the team scores are equal then deciding factor will be done on spot or with Super over Provisions.
8. A player who has played in one team is not allowed to play in another team.
   
9. It is captain’s responsibility to uphold spirit of the game by his team.
   
10. On-field umpire’s decision would be the final one.
