For PCPL 6️⃣2nd  edition TOURNAMENT

 

 

1. Reporting time needs to be maintained - else the overs will be reduced for the team reporting late.

2. Mankading runouts not applicable in this tournament  as per the tournament format 

3. Rain effected rules:

 

If the rain interrupts within 10 Overs of first innings teams will get a re match at 1000rs match fee( extra)

 

And if rain interrupts after 10 overs of first innings to remaining anytime Game Stop ( like badlight , abandoned,rain interruption) 

 

(IN FIRST INNINGS AND SECOND INNING BEFORE 4.5 OVERS ) points will be shared Between the two Teams

 

DL method will be applicable  LEAGUE STAGE &  knockouts games as well

 

After 2nd innings 5 overs to 19.5 overs. DL  applicable the scorer will  decide on that match it is available on the system, you can consult the scorer, decision will be given by umpire .

 

4. If the match starts late any rain interruption umpires will reduced the overs  

 

below is the standard match timing which should be followed by across all Teams

First match  7.30 a.m

2nd Match    10:40 a.m

3rd March      2:15  p.m

 

IF TEAM COMES LATE OR BOWLING OVER RATING SLOW UMPIRES WILL HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO REDUCE THE OVER . UMPIRES WILL STRICTLY FOLLOW  THIS RULE

EVERYBODY SHOULD REPORT ON TIME IN GROUND.

 

5. IN THIS TOURNAMENT SUPER-SUB is applicable , PLEASE INFORM THE UMPIRES SCORER AND  OPPOSITE TEAM CAPTAIN TO MENTION THE 12th Player (Super Sub)

 

(Super sab in case is  bowler he can come and directly ball at any time)  WHO IS THE SUPER SUB

 

6. Current 3 day Players Ranji Players  & State players  not allowed to participate in the corporate tournament 

 

7. if the 3rd match start by late both captains have to check with the umpires how many overs game can be accommodated Before the Match starts 

 

8. full blowing or batting spikes shoes is not allowed in this tournament ( Rubber Spikes are allowed)

 

9. Players teams game start before 20 minutes before we have to report in the ground

 

10. Dear captains, please go through the below rules and guidelines that will be followed from this tournament  for all the matches:

 

11.   Wicket keepers keeping up to the stumps for either pace bowlers or spinners MUST wear helmet - this is MANDATORY and umpires will not start the match until the rule is followed

 

12 . Batsmen are advised to wear a helmet during the course of play These rules are for players safety and  is our first priority. So please talk to your teams and co-operate  the rules strictly.

 

13. This tournament is conducted as IPL format

 

14 . Knockout matches decision will be taken organiser, There is no request  on knockout matchs
