Panther Champions Trophy 2 days U-14 tournament.

8 teams will participate in this event, divided into 2 pool of 4 teams each.

• 3 league matches
• Top 2 teams from each pool will qualify for semi finals.
• T-shirt will be provided for 12 players.

  Rules for the Tournament

  1. This Tournament format is 2 Days 4 innings.
  2. 12th Player will be Supersub & he can do only one thing either bat or bowl
  3. One inning is maximum to 90 over.
  4. One Bowler can bowl maximum 18 overs.
  5. Minimum 100 Runs required to give follow on to other team.

  Point Distribution Rule-

  Outright win 5 Points.

  Outright win with an Innings 5 Points & 1 bonus Point.

  Inning Lead team will get 3 points & second team will get 1 point.

  In case of Tie, Match Drawn or any other reason 2 points to each team

  Points Being Equal & How NRR is calculated

  If two or more teams secure equal number of points, than their relative position in the table of points shall be determined as under :

  (a) In event of equality of points the higher number of outright wins will determine the position in the table points.

  (b) Should there be equality in both points and wins, the position shall be determined by the average calculated thus:

  (i) Divide the total number of runs scored by a team by the number of wickets lost by it.

  (ii) Divide the total number of runs scored against a team by the total number of wickets taken by it.

  (iii) Divide the former (i) by the latter (ii) and the team having the higher percentage shall be considered to have the better performance.
